Canada's International Development Minister Ahmed Hussain has announced a new fund of more than 270 million dollars for foreign aid projects in Bangladesh and Indo-Pacific regions. On Sunday (March 9), Canada has announced the support of the Canadian government in an event in the presence of the leaders of the Bangladeshi community, Ahmed Hussain said, "Canada has been strengthening the long-term relationship between people in Bangladesh and the greater Indo-Pacific region. From today the High Court has ruled that no one other than MBBS or BDS degree holder can use the title of Doctor before their name. If someone holds a diploma, the title of Doctor is used before their name, no disciplinary action can be taken against them, besides the applicant Diploma doctors have ordered the High Court to take steps to give proper designations within the next 6 months, said Mohammad Saddam Hossain, a lawyer for the writ.
