The child was raped while visiting his sister's house in Magura last Thursday (March 6. The next day he was admitted to a 250-bed hospital in Magura). When his condition worsened, he was sent to Faridpur Medical College Hospital for better treatment that afternoon, from there he was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital at night.
He was then taken on life support on Friday night, and the critically impaired child was transferred from the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) to the Combined Military Hospital on Saturday evening and the next day, the child was taken to the Pediatric ICU at CMH.
