Ratan Basak President and Manik Sarkar General Secretary have been elected in the bi-annual conference of Puja Udjakar Parishad of Shahjadpur Municipal Branch of Sirajganj.
On Tuesday, April 12, the conference was held at Shahjadpur Rabindra Kachari or Auditorium.
At the beginning of the conference, the first phase of the discussion meeting was held under the chairmanship of Shri Binta Kumar Pal. The discussion meeting was attended by the local MP Professor Marina Jahan Kavita as the chief guest.
Former Member of Parliament and President of Upazila Awtami League Chon Islam, General Secretary Ad.Sheikh Abdul Hamid Lablu, Municipal Memorandur Monir Akhtar Khan Tarulodi, Joint Secretary of Upazila Awtami League Mustak Ahmed and others were present as special guests.
At the beginning of the program, the chief guest and special guests were welcomed with flowers. The conference was inaugurated by Sirajganj District Puja Celebration Parishad President Shri Santosh Kumar Kanu, General Secretary of District Puja Celebration Parishad Shri Sanjat Saha was present as the main speaker.
