The health department and district administration are working in Netrakona to implement the target given by the government to implement the vaccine of 70% of the people, which is supported by the members of Netrakona Municipality and Red Crescent Society, which was inaugurated by the local government on the main station platform of the city, Deputy Commissioner Kazi Md. Abdur Rahman inaugurated the temporary vaccination center.
On Thursday morning, the open vaccination program was started at 6 points in the district town.
Later, various directions were given along with senior officials of the Department of Health and District Administration and providing various directions. These vaccination centers are set up in bus terminal, public awareness campaign center on the banks of Magra river, old collectorate ground, Kendua and Madan bus stand areas.
At the grassroots level, people from different classes and professions are taking part in the hassle-free vaccination program, mainly to implement the promises made by the government, measures have been taken to provide vaccinations in temporary open spaces to follow the health rules and raise awareness, said the Deputy Commissioner and Civil Surgeon.
