On Tuesday (September 26) at 11 am in Ramganj town, the mobile court was conducted by the upazila assistant commissioner (land) and executive magistrate Monira Khatun. The fined hospitals are Al Farooq Hospital 50 thousand taka, Holy Hope Hospital 1 lakh and Modern Hospital and Dust 5000 taka including 2000 taka fined.
Mobile Court Judge Executive Magistrate Monira Khatun said that no hospital license has been updated, some have been applied for and some of them do not have the Department of Environment, which has been fined under the Consumer Rights Act.
A team of 15-16 people including SMT Ramganj Upazila Health Complex Medical Officer Saiful Amin, No.akhali RAB 11 CPC 3 ASP Golam Morshed participated in this operation.
