In Shivpur of Narsingdi, 6 people including CNG driver and five passengers of CNG were killed in a face-to-face clash between trucks and CNG.
Saturday (October 26) at 12:00 p.m. The accident took place on the road in Pacharbai area of Shibpur upazila and the identity of the victims has not yet been confirmed.
According to police and local sources, a cargo truck reached Pachabari area of Shibpur upazila around noon and collided with CNG from the opposite direction.
Shibpur Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Afzal Hossain said the bodies of the victims were recovered and sent to Narsingdi Sadar Hospital morgue and the police are trying to find out the identity of the victims.
