Farida Akhtar, Advisor of the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock of the Interim Government, has said that Chhatra League has been banned as a political organization, as a terrorist organization.
He further said, ‘There is no plan to ban the Aoami League, the Chhatra League was engaged in terrorist activities. If they were in good politics, they would not have been banned. They broke the law themselves, took the law into their hands, so they were banned. There was no way for this.’
He said these things while talking to reporters after inaugurating the three-day Buffalo Congress conference in Birulita Uni of Savar on Friday afternoon.
Advisor Farida Akhtar said, ‘The Awami League government has fallen, their work was not good, the country's money was smuggled abroad. The government has taken measures to bring that money back.’
He said, "The people who are fishing hilsa in the river are not fishermen in violation of the ban, they are not doing business, they are fishing for hilsa fishing in the river, the government has taken strict legal action not to catch fish in the river." Already many illegal currents have been seized.
Farida Akhtar also mentioned that fishermen know that they are involved in livelihood, they are obeying the law instead of catching fish.
The adviser said in the country There are many char regions, and the government has taken various initiatives to raise buffaloes in the char region. There is a lot of demand for buffalo meat in the country. There are many types of manipulations in the sale of beef, which is why the government is working to bring the price to the control, and the price of all foods, including meat, other animals and meat, needs to be brought under control.
