A court in Laxmipur has granted bail to 3 teachers including Abdul Motaleb, Principal of Hajihat Coast Degree College in Kamalnagar Upazila of Laxmipur.
On Wednesday (09 August) at noon in charge of the District and Datra Judge Md. Saidur Rahman granted bail.
Advocate Said Shamchul Alam, the lawyer for the accused, confirmed the bail.
The bailees are Assistant Professor (Management) of Upakul Degree College Fakhrul Islam and Lecturer (Computer) Akhtar Hossain.
A teacher of that college filed a case in the Laxmipur District Judge Special Court in January this year in January this year. The court has directed the ACC to investigate the case. The court has been arrested from the ACC's No.Chakhali regional office on the last (02 August) of the ACC.
