The new upazila executive officer (UNO) has expressed his request to make Khulna Rupsa upazila a developed, smart and people-friendly upazila. Rifatul Islam, he sought the sincere cooperation of people from different classes and professions to advance the overall development activities of the government services to the people's doorsteps and the overall development activities of the upazila.
On Monday (October 19) at 11 am, a discussion meeting was held with journalists, government officials, valiant freedom fighters, public representatives, political leaders, leaders of educational institutions and dignitaries at the Upazila Officers Club Milnattan at 11 am.
The meeting was presided over by newcomers UNO Md. Rifatul Islam, in his speech, emphasized on collective initiatives to improve Rupsa, quality of public service and accelerate administrative activities, he said, that the administration should play a virtuous role in fulfilling the expectations of the people, and the constructive cooperation of journalists, public representatives, political leaders and community is very important in this regard.

Ashraful Islam, Ansar-VDP officer Ajit Kumar Ghosh and teacher service officer Md. Abul Bashar.

It is expected that Rupsa Upazila will be made a more developed, people-friendly and potential township through the mutual cooperation and coordinated initiatives of all concerned.
