A man died tragically due to lightning while traveling on the roof of the ‘Coast Express’ train coming from Dhaka to No.
The accident took place in the area adjacent to Ghoshal railway station in Narsingdi around 5 pm on Sunday (May 24). The name and identity of the deceased could not be identified yet.
According to the railway police and local sources, the coastal express train from Dhaka to No'khali in the afternoon will suddenly start raining and the person who traveled illegally on the roof of the train was seriously injured and died on the spot.
On receiving the news, the police (GRP) of Narsingdi Railway (GRP) recovered the body and came to the police station custody.
