Abu Taher, Ramganj Representative:
Two youths named Md. Hrid Hossain (25) and Md. Nazmul Hasan (24) died in a head-on collision between motorcycle and CNG in Ramganj of Laxmipur.
The incident took place at 4 o'clock in the afternoon at 4 o'clock in Ramganj upazila at a place called Brickfield in Ramganj Hajiganj, Katkhali area.
The deceased Md. Hrid Hossain is the son of Md. Shahjahan of Udanpaja village of Notagaon Uniton of Ramganj upazila, then the injured Nazmul Hasan was injured. Ramganj Upazila Health Complex was admitted for treatment. Later, when the condition worsened, he was reprimanded at Dhaka Medical. Later, when he reached Comilla, Nazmul Hasan also died.
Eyewitnesses said that a CNG-powered autorickshaw was on the way from Katakhali to Ramganj at 4 pm in the afternoon. Along with the motorcycle carrying Hridta and Nazmul, both of them were killed in an erotic death when they were knocked out.
Ramganj police station sub-inspector Md. Anautar Hossain said that the police are at the spot. The body was recovered and the CNG driver was on the run after the incident.
