Retired professor of Arabic language and literature department of Islamic University (EB). The funeral and doa mahfil was held in memory of Neshar Uddin Ahmed. On Tuesday (January 30) at 10 am, the Department of Arabic Language and Literature organized it in room 427 of the Faculty Building.
The president of the department, Professor Dr. Under the chairmanship of Abdul Mottalib, Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. was present as the chief guest. Sheikh Abdus Salam was present as a special guest, Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Mahbubur Rahman, professor Dr. Alamgir Hossain Bhui, Dean of the Faculty of Arts Professor Dr. Emtaz Hossain, President of Teachers Association Professor Dr. Antar Hossain and International Islamic University of Chittagong Assistant Professor Masood Ahmad.
Also the Dean of the Faculty of Theology and Islamic Studies Professor Dr. A. B. M. Chiddikur Rahman Ashrafi, Da'oah And the president of the Islamic Studies Department, Professor Dr. Mohammad Ali Ullah, Professor of History and Culture Department of Islam. Ruhul KM Saleh and Da'oah and professor of Islamic Studies. Muhammad Solaman was present as a guest.

The mourning meeting and the teachers and students of the department Professor Dr. Neshar gave a memorial and emotional speech in memory of Uddin Ahmad and prayed for the forgiveness of the soul of the deceased.
The speakers said, Professor Dr. Neshar Uddin Ahmad was a pioneer in the movement to establish the Islamic University. This Islamic university was the result of his movement. He used to pray with all three of the congregations. He used to come to the office with all the entourages. As an ideal teacher, he was a great teacher of honesty, devotion and nature.
Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Sheikh Abdus Salam said, "The person who left him for his achievements after his death is a great man, his family, colleagues and students bear witness that he was a good man. When everyone testified to the great judge, I believe that He is not only a teacher but also a good communicator. He is a good communicator and a good communicator. He has distributed knowledge, values and culture from generation to generation."

Incidentally, Professor Dr. Neshar Uddin Ahmad breathed his last at 9 am on Sunday night at 9 am on the night in Dhaka Uttara bus building. The next day on Monday (January 20) at 8 am Dhaka Uttarata his first funeral was held at 8 am.
He joined the department as a lecturer in the department on December 4, 1991. Later he was promoted to the post of assistant professor in 1994, associate professor in 2002 and professor in 2005. He retired on April 30, 2019 after teaching for a total of 27 years, four months and 28 days. He was the president of the department from 1996 to 1999. He also became the dean of the Faculty of Arts in 2019.
