The 45th Islamic University (EB) Day was celebrated in colorful celebrations. On the occasion of the day, on Wednesday (November 22), the university authorities organized various programs including flag hoisting, joy rally, cake cutting and cultural events.
As part of the program, the flag was hoisted at the 10 am in the administration building premises. Sheikh Abdus Salam and the flag of the university were hoisted by the Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Mahbubur Rahman. In the speech of the chief guest, Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Sheikh Abdus Salam said, "We are currently working on 37 development projects. Already 11 works have been completed. In the next one year, the infrastructure of the university will change. Then we can provide accommodation for 75 to 80 percent of the students. The accommodation of teachers will be done and the class crisis will be over soon. I hope this university will change in the next one year. Taking a step, we are entering e-payment today.
