Al-Quran has been appointed as the new Dean of the Faculty of Theology and Islamic Studies of the Islamic University (EB) and professor of Islamic Studies. a. b. m. Chiddikur Rahman Ashrafi, acting registrar HM Ali Hasan confirmed it on Saturday (04 November).

Newly eminent dean Professor Dr. a. b. m. Chiddikur Rahman Ashrafi said, I am first of all praise to Allah, who has given me the opportunity to come this far. I am the first batch student of the university. The Faculty of Theology is the first journey of Islamic University. But so far no academic has been named after this faculty building. I am requesting the administration to change the name of this faculty building and name it to the administration of the Faculty of Islamic Studies.
