Professor of Sociology Discipline has been appointed as the new Dean of Social Science School of Khulna University. Abdullah Abusaid Khan. He officially took over at 2 pm on Sunday (March 5).
Earlier, this information was known in an office order signed by the Registrar (Acting) of the Registrar (Acting) Professor Khan Golam Quddus on 28th February. He was succeeded by Md Nasif Ahsan.
The office order is known, the Dean of the Social Science School, Professor Dr. Md. The term of the dean of Nasif Ahsan ended on Saturday (March 4). According to Section 28 (5) of the Act of 1990, Professor of Sociology Discipline under the school. Abdullah Abusaeed Khan will be given the responsibility of Dean of Social Science School for the next 02 (two) years. This duty he will perform as an additional duty of his own duties and will be entitled to allowance as per the university rules.
Also Professor Dr. Abdullah Abusaeed Khan is currently serving as the acting head of the mass communication and journalism discipline of the same school.
