Aoami League has submitted an audited account report for the year 2021 calendar in the Election Commission office.
A delegation led by Aomi League treasurer HN Ashiqur Rahman submitted this report to the Election Commission Secretary on Sunday morning.
The delegation included Publicity and Publication Secretary Abdus Sobhan Golap, Office Secretary Barrister Biplab Bajuta, Deputy Secretary Samem Khan, Finance and Planning Sub-Committee Member Zafarul Shahriter Jutel.
Later, the summary of the income and expenditure of Bangladesh Awami League will be presented to the journalists.
In the year 2021, the total income of Bangladesh Awami League was 21 crore 23 lakh 46 thousand 106 taka.
The total income in the 2020 calendar year was 10 crore 33 lakh 43 thousand 533 taka. 10 crore 90 lakh 2 thousand 573 taka has been more than the 2020 calendar year.
- Reason for Income Increase: Sale of nomination form and sale of primary member collection form. Main Sectors of Income: Sale of nomination form, sale of primary member collection form and income from property.
- expense: Bangladesh Awami League has spent its total expenditure on the 2021 calendar year 6 crore 30 lakh 19 thousand 852 taka. The total expenditure in the 2020 calendar was 9 crore 94 lakh 49 thousand 931 taka. 3 crore 64 lakh 30 thousand 79 taka has been reduced compared to 2020 calendar year.
- Reason for reducing cost: In the 2020 calendar year, the Covid pandemic was provided financial assistance to the party leaders and workers but the amount of cash distribution was low in the 2021 calendar year.
- Surplus: In the year 2021, the surplus of Bangladesh Awami League was 14 crore 93 lakh 26 thousand 254 taka at the end of the year. 14 crore 54 lakh 32 thousand 653 taka compared to the 2020 calendar year.
- Status : In the year 2021, the status of Bangladesh Awami League was 70 crore 43 lakh 70 thousand 166 taka in the year of 2021. At the end of the year 2020 calendar, the status was 50 crore 76 lakh 37 thousand 194 taka. 14 crore 93 lakh 26 thousand 255 taka compared to 2020 calendar year.
