Bangladesh Sri Lanka has announced a 23-man squad for the upcoming Test series against Roshan Silva and Oshadha Fernando as a surprise in the team.
On Friday, the Sri Lankan Cricket Board confirmed the poison of the team announcement in a notification.
The Sri Lankan squad includes - Karunaratne, Fernando, Nissanka, Dhananja, Matthews, Misara, Mendis, Roshan, Decitala, Chandimal, Rames, Chamika, Rajitha, Vissota, Asita, Madhusanka, Shiran, Shiraz, Praveen, Lassith, Laxan, Jeffrey, Laksitha.
Sri Lanka will visit Bangladesh with 18 members from the initial squad from the initial squad, and the first Test of the two-match series will be held in Chittagong on May 15. Dhaka will be the second Test on May 23.
