Four people, including the newly elected councilor of Sirajganj municipality Tariqul Islam, have surrendered to the court, including the main accused in the murder case, and the court has denied them bail and ordered them to be sent to jail.
When Sirajganj Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Sadar Amli Court) surrendered at around 12:00 on Tuesday, Judge Senior Judicial Magistrate Belal Hossain gave this order.
The surrenderers are Shahadat Hossain Buddin, Rabiul, Sohag and Kabir Hossain, the general secretary of Sirajganj Municipality No. 6 and the main accused in the murder case.
Sadar Court Inspector Abul Kalam Azad said that around 12 o'clock on Tuesday, four people including Shahadat Hossain Buddin, the main accused in the court of Sirajganj Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Belal Hossain, surrendered and applied for bail. After the hearing, the judge denied bail and ordered him to be sent to jail.
In the last January 16, the 6th and 6thrd councilor of Sirajganj municipality, Tariqul Islam, who was elected as the councilor of the 6th Ord of Sirajganj municipality, was attacked by supporters of the defeated candidate Shahadat Hossain Buddin and the supporters of the defeated candidate, who was killed in a private hospital in the city that night.
