In the upcoming Gosinga Union Parishad elections, the chairman candidate Engineer Lutfar Rahman Alam Pradhan has had a massive showdown with more than seven hundred vehicles. On the occasion of the showdown on Friday, after Friday prayers, the leaders and activists of Gosinga Unity BNP and its affiliated organizations started gathering in front of the house of Hayatkharachala Engineer Lutfar Rahman Alam Pradhan with a procession.
At three in the afternoon, twenty private cars, more than four hundred motorcycles, three hundred auto rickshaws and about three thousand people started a showdown, first crossing the Bauni-Patka road, went to Gosinga Bazar and came to Gosinga Bazar and then did a short mass meeting, then after circumambulating the Latibpur-Narayanpur road, the showdown will be completed again.
After the showdown, Chairman candidate Engineer Lutfar Rahman Alam Pradhan said, "I am 100% hopeful of getting the nomination of BNP party chairman for the post of Gosinga Union Chairman. I believe the party will nominate me. The general public has accepted me, I am getting a huge response from the voters. If I am elected, I will make Gosinga Union a modern model union."
