Sirajganj The court sentenced a young man named Madan Chandra Bhomik to life imprisonment and a fine of Tk 20,000, and he was sentenced to one more year of unpaid work.
Judge Mohammad Erfan Ullah of Sirajganj Additional District and Datra Judge-2 gave this prison sentence on Tuesday afternoon.
Convicted Madan Chandra is the son of Kuthishwar Bhowmik of Chowdhury Ghughat village of Salanga police station in Bhomik district.

It is mentioned in the charge sheet of the case that on the afternoon of October 11, 2010, the son of Mr. Sukumar Chandra of Chowdhury Ghughat village of Salanga police station called Shubo K from the tree and called Madan Chandra Bhomik. Sandhya was strangled Shubo and the body of Bhavani Chandra of the same village was left in the bamboo grove.
In this incident, the father of Shishu Shubo, Mr. Sukumar Chandra, the plaintiff, filed a murder case against his father Kuthishwar Bhowmik and mother Sumati Rani, who has been absconding since the filing of the case. The case is sentenced to life imprisonment and acquitted by the court after the testimony of 11 witnesses. #
