A mobile court fined an illegal brick kiln 3 lakh rupees during a raid in Brahmanbaizar Saraile.
On Monday (February 10) at noon in the upazila's Noagaon union, the upazila administration conducted an operation in a brick kiln called Shanu Bricks and was led by Executive Magistrate and Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Md. Mosharraf Hossain.
The essmat was present, Sarail police station officer inserg Rafiqul Hasan along with family directorate officials and various officials of the administration.
Upazila Executive Officer and Executive Magistrate. Mosharraf Hossain said in the operation, the authorities of Shanu Bricks could not show environmental clearance and license. Due to this, the brick preparation and kiln installation (discharge) Act 2013 was fined Tk 3 lakh for violating section 4 of the Brick Based on the complaints of the officials of the Department of Environment.
