A examinee named Mahbooba Sultana (26) died in a head-on collision between a head-on CNG in Lakshmipur, a primary assistant teacher, on the way back to the appointment examination. The incident was seriously injured by two men named Shakeel and Mahbubul Alam, who were sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for better treatment.
The accident took place in front of Laxmipur-Ramganj Saaker Panpaza Bazar North Temuni Haji Ba on Friday (April 22) afternoon.
The deceased is the wife of Feroz Alam of Kittoni or Feroz Alam of Atakra village of Mahbooba Sultana Upazila. The injured Shakil is the son of Abdul Malek of Tamta area and Mahbubul Alam is said to be the father of Iman Uddin Bepari Bair, East Shosalita Iman Uddin Bepari Bair.
Ramganj Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Emdadul Haque said that the deceased Mahbuba teacher was returning after the examination. When he reached Panpaza Bazar area, a mini covered van going from Ramganj to Lakshmipur clashed with a CNG. The remaining two have been sent to Dhaka, the CNG and covered vans have been seized.
