Police have arrested a fugitive accused who was sentenced to death in Rakhtpur, Lakshmipur.
Arrested Humaun Hashan Rakib (32) Fulgazi police station in Feni is accused of robbery and murder case. A court in Feni has given death penalty against him. (Case No-03, Tang-19/11/10).
He was arrested by Ratpur Thana Police on Friday (January 28) night.
Son of Kachhari Molla Bair Abul Kalam Sultan of Shastanagar village of Rakib Upazila No. 1 Otarad.
Rakib was a man sentenced to death under the 396 Penal Code section of a murder case of Fulgazi Thana in Feni, which was reportedly in the court of Rakhpur Thana.
