A protest rally has been held for better treatment for the resignation of the government and the release of the dissolved Khaleda Gita.
Central program on Monday afternoon in front of Shahid Uddin Chowdhury Ani's bus building, District BNP Member Secretary Advocate Hachibur Rahman Hasib presided over the meeting, Chittagong Division Assistant Organizing Secretary Harunur Rashid was present as the chief guest.
The speakers said that a fair election is not possible under the current government. If the next fair elections are to be held, the movement will continue from the streets until the demand for elections under a neutral government, including the resignation of Sheikh Hasina, will continue.
