Today Monday (April 4) at noon in Madhya Charramani of the upazila The accident happened in Mohan area and their deaths have brought grief to the area and the family.
According to family sources, children Isachin Arafat and Pitam Hossain were playing in the yard of Bai in the afternoon. After a while the family members searched for them at different places without being able to see them.
At one point, they saw the bodies of two children floating in the pond, and after they were rescued at Sadar Hospital, the doctor declared them dead.
Resident Medical Officer of Sadar Hospital Dr. Md. Anor Hossain said that the two children died before being brought to the hospital, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Sadar Police Station. Jasim Uddin confirmed the death of two children by drowning.
