A cyclist named Habib (55) was killed in Lakshmipur, a cyclist named Habib (55) was killed. On Tuesday (June 11) around 5 pm, the accident took place in the Laxmipur Madame Bridge area.
The poison is confirmed by Sadar Police Station SI Md Momin.
Eyewitnesses said that the cyclist Habib and the drum truck were going towards Jhumur. When the drum truck driver honked from behind, Habib got hit by the truck and was killed on the spot.
The deceased Habib was a night watchman of Banangakha Uni of Laxmipur Sadar Upazila and Sundarban Courier Service.
The arrested driver Zafar Hossain Char Ali is the son of Nurul Amin of the area and has been sent to Sadar Hospital morgue.
