A person named Ratul (28), a micro driver, died in a truck-microbus head-on collision in Lakshmipur, the son of Abdur Rahim of Haruta village of Sadar Upazila of Ratul Kishoreganj district.
The incident took place in Mandari Bazar area of Dhaka-Lakshmipur Mahasaker Sadar Upazila on Monday (July 3) morning.
Locals said that a truck from Chittagong to Lakshmipur was collided with a microbus that hit the front of the two cars, where the microbus driver Ratul died on the spot.
Chandraganj Highote Sub-Inspector (SI) Sirajul Islam has known that two victims and bodies have been taken into police custody. The truck driver has been in custody. The deceased Ratul has been informed about the country.
