Today Wednesday (27/09/23) on the basis of secret information at 2 am, a force of Model Police Station led by District Superintendent of Police Tarek Bin Rashid and Additional Superintendent of Police of Sadar Circle arrested him.
Md. Akbar (31) Father: Manjur Mita, Mother: Hosnetara Begum is a resident of Jabbar Saudagar Bai of Chalaatli village of Bajid Bostami police station of Chittagong district.
District Superintendent of Police Tarek Bin Rashid said that the poison was pressed by the District Superintendent of Police at 3 pm on Wednesday.
He also said that Akbar is a terrorist, extortionist and hiding in various places. That is why Lakshmipur is hiding in the crime cycle and has been registered against him in the Lakshmipur Model Police Station. And more information is being taken.
He said that Akbar is a private associate of the then Shibir cadre Sajjad of Chittagong, said that Shibir cadre Sajjad is sitting in India and is doing various crimes from the wealthy people of Chittagong. He is working as a second in command. All the cases were jailed on September 4, 2022. He has been demanding extortion again.
Md. Akbar Orpe Dhaka has filed 10 cases in the name of Akbar, various police stations including weapons, explosives, robbery and extortion in the name of Akbar.
