Aceland Russell Iqbal of Raatpur Upazila has been selected as the best Assistant Commissioner (Land) of Laxmipur District who has made an important contribution to Bhumi Seva.

Ratpur Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Russell Iqbal joined government service in 2018 after completing his Masters in Economics Department from Jahangirnagar University in 2014 and joined as Ratpur Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) in November 2021.
