The owners and doctors of Niramat Hospital and Dagonostice Center have been involved in immoral activities with the women staff for a long time.
After the publication of the news in an online newspaper, the poison came to the attention of the learned senior judge of the Laxmipur Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Md. Tarek Aziz.

The accused are Niramat Hospital and Dagontic Center owner Mizan Munshi, Dr. Asaduzzaman and some other unknown people in Ratapur Upazila of the district.
According to court sources, Mizan Munshi and duty doctor Asaduzzaman, the owner of the hospital, who has been involved in immoral activities for a long time with the women staff working in Niramat Hospital and Dagontic Center opposite Ratapur Upazila Health Complex.
The owner of the hospital admitted that the owner of the hospital has given his statement in the objection of the objectionable CCTV footage published on the date and the incident.
