Budget meeting of Raatpur Municipality of Laxmipur Municipality (TLCC) is one of the main problems of the municipal area Emphasis has been placed on the development of overall infrastructural development including decisiveness.
The meeting was held on Wednesday afternoon at the municipal meeting under the initiative of the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) and the Infrastructure Development Project (IUGIP) managed by the municipal administrator Mehdi Hasan Kawsar.
Sabha Assistant Commissioner (Land) Nigar Sultana, OC (Investigation) Abdul Mannan, Rautpur Municipal BNP General Secretary VP Nazrul Islam Liton, Ratpur Bazar Banik Samiti Alamgir Hossain, various government office officials, Otarard representatives, political leaders, student representatives, journalists and people related to the project were present.
The meeting will be discussed in the context of determining the movement of freight trucks, keeping hawkers free from encroachment and taking long-term traffic management plans to resolve the traffic congestion.
This is the solution to solve the waterlogging, solve the clean water crisis, take public opinion in municipal tax poisoning, improve the entertainment system, build up dumping management, build sweeper colony, set up various development activities including road construction and road improvement.
The speakers highlighted the need for public participation and awareness in the municipal development. Upazila Social Service Officer said, if the local people's cooperation and goodwill will be done, the development activities will be more dynamic.
The meeting is called upon by the administrator to disseminate accurate and objective information as well as cooperate in advanced activities.
At the end of the meeting, Municipal Secretary Masood Morshed Khasza presented the budget, and later the members present discussed various aspects of the budget.
