The murder case of youth Harunur Rashid (32) in Rakhtpur Rakhtpur in Lakshipur has been arrested by the police. The police have arrested the wife and mother-in-law. The deceased's sister Jotnsa filed a case on Wednesday morning (January 18) on the charge of calling her father-in-law and murdering her. Akhter (28). The case was made accused by the youth's wife Amena Akhter Baisakhi (19), brother Md Jutuel (30) and mother-in-law Khuki Begum (48).
The police of Rachtpur police station sent the accused to the Lakshipur police station on Wednesday afternoon after seeing the arrest of Baisakhi and Khuki Begum in this incident.
Harun's body was recovered by the police last Tuesday from Hajimara Munchur Dervish, of Rakt Charbanshi Uni, of Rakhpur Upazila, who was the son of deceased Harun's father-in-law, who is the son of Gosider of Gordee of Charruhita village of Charruhita Unitan of Laxmipur Sadar Upazila.
Ratpur Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Shipon said, ‘Amena Akhter Baisakhi and Khuki Begum, who were detained in that case, have been sent to court after seeing the arrest.’
