Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has proposed a new discussion to Russia and Ukraine to resolve the crisis.
He made the proposal in a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelensky on Monday, saying that Turkey is ready to host the new round of talks.
The talks between the Russians and Ukraine were suspended last month.
In the poison of possible new rounds of discussion, it has been said from the Turkish office that if the two parties agree in principle, Ankara is ready to take measures to hold the discussion in Istanbul.
It has indicated that the UN representatives may also be present.
