Delotar Hossain, Ramgati:- The mobile court has fined two fish sellers 10,000 taka for selling jatka in front of Ramgati Upazila Parishad in Lakshipur.
On Saturday morning, Upazila Nirbahi Officer SM Santanu Chowdhury imposed the fine.
According to mobile court-related sources, catching and selling jatka (small hilsa) is prohibited in the morning in violation of the ban. Jatka was being sold in the fish market in the morning.
Upazila Executive Officer SM Santanu Chowdhury said that the poison of the fine was confirmed.
