In Ramganj of Lakshmipur, the police arrested a leader of the name of the Aomi League named Md. Kamrul Hasan BSC (36) and the former Vice Chesorman of Upazila Aomilegar, the banned organization under the Anti-Terrorism Act, the police arrested a leader of the Awami League on Tuesday late night.
The arrested Kamrul Hasan Upazila Abhirampur (Ali Akbar Chetterman Bai) is the son of deceased Ali Akbar Chesterman. He is the Vice Chairman of Ramganj Upazila League, former President of Ramganj Government College Chhatra League and former Joint Ahbadak of Upazila Jubo League.
Ramganj police station officer in charge Md. Feroz Uddin Chowdhury said that the instructions of the higher authorities are led by SI (retd) Abdush Shakur SI (responsible) Abbas Ali, ASI (received). A police team including Mohiuddin, Constable Abu Bakar Mehraj arrested him in a raid, and after the legal process, he was sent to the district jail through the court.
