The High Court has granted bail to Mamunul Haque, Joint Secretary General of the Distinct Committee of Hefazte Islami, Hathazari Thana of Dhaka and Hathazari Thana of Chittagong.
The High Court bench of Justice Mustafa Zaman Islam and Justice Aminul Islam gave this order on Tuesday.
Mamunul Haque's lawyer Helal Uddin Molla confirmed the bail poison.
Incidentally, Bangladesh Khilafat Majlis leader Maulana Mamunul Haque has been discussed in various sects after the assembly and violence of Hefazat Islam in Shapla Square in Motijheel on May 5, 2013. In the meantime, he was the general secretary of the Dhaka Metropolitan Branch of Hefazat.
These incidents were registered in three dozen cases against Mamunul Haque in Dhaka and Naratanganj. On April 3 of the same year, Mamunul Haque was surrounded by a woman in a resort in Sonargaon upazila of Naraganj.
On April 18, the police arrested her from a madrasa in Mohammadpur. On April 30, 27 days after the Rattle Resort incident, Sonargaon Thana appeared against the alleged wife Mamunul Haque and filed a case under the rape of women and children for rape.
