Health Minister Zahid Malek has said that the booster dose of coronavirus vaccine has been increased to 40 years.
He said this at a press conference at BCPS Auditoram Milnattan at 11 am on Sunday at Mohakhali in the capital.
The minister said, “First of 60 years, the decision to give the booster dose of Corona vaccine to the 60s should be done at 50 years.”
He said the government has started giving booster dose to the 60-year-old citizens and front-line workers from last month. The second dose is going to take only the booster dose after six months.
Zahid Malek said, “There are enough vaccines in stock. 9 crores are in hand. There are 5 crores to come.
