Eating food poisoning 25 of them have been admitted to Rashtpur Upazila Health Complex in Laxmipur at 9:00 PM on Friday, 5 of them are men, 11 women and 9 children, all of them are residents of Kerota Unitner village of Rakhtapur Upazila.
The sick others are receiving treatment at various hospitals in Faridganj, Chandpur and Matlab, and this incident took place in Tafdar Ba'i of Charmandari Unit of Faridganj Upazila of Chandpur.
Groom Md. Manik is the younger son of Bir Muktijoddha Tslim Uddin Patawari, a resident of Basu Patari Bair of Kerota village in Raktapur upazila, and the bride is the son of Tarin Akhter Charmandari. He got sick and slowly everyone started vomiting and slimming down, then rushed them to the hospital.

The groom's brother Md. Masum Patawri (30) said, ‘Perhaps the poisoning has started from curd. The treatment of the sick is going on. The guests who participated in the event are feeling more or less sick, after the incident, the afternoon ceremony on Saturday has also been cancelled in our house.’
The bride's uncle said. Azhar Bhui said, ‘Apparently 300 guests have eaten food at the event. More than 100 of them are poisoned by food. They are being treated in the hospital when they are sick, they have been taken to Rachpur, Faridganj, Chandpur and Matlab, and many have received first aid treatment and are being treated the same.’
Ratpur Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer Baharul Alam said, ‘Food poisoning has happened in the beginning. We initially think that if it is possible to test the food sample, the sure reason will be known. We are going to serve 25 people as we can. They are not afraid to be referred to anyone else.’
