On Saturday (January 27) the Awami League will hold a ‘Peace and Democracy’ rally in the capital. On the other hand, BNP has a program of black flag march in the metropolis to protest the cancellation of the twelfth national parliamentary elections and the increase in commodity prices.
Dhaka Metropolitan South Awami League Office Secretary Riaz Uddin Riaz said, on Saturday at 3 pm, the ‘Peace and Democracy’ rally will be held in front of the Awami League's central office at 3 pm.
Earlier, Awami League had been on the streets with a peace rally program on the same day to prevent the BNP program from the 12th National Assembly elections, which Awami League has been doing to prevent the sabotage violence of BNP.
