The constitutional right includes food, clothing, education, medical treatment and housing, as well as new rights, including state management, franchise, internet, information, information, privacy protection, consumer protection, child development, science and future generation rights.

‘Regarding the recommendation of changing the ’People's Republic Bangladesh‘ to ’People of People's Bangladesh‘, Professor Ali Ritaz, head of the Constitution Reform Commission, told reporters, ‘The way Bangladesh is called the People's Republic of Bangladesh, we have disagreed that the Republic is actually the talk of the Republic. We have said that Bangladesh should be known as ’Democratic Bangladesh'."
