The Liberation War Museum has been established to present the history of the first liberation war in Bangladesh to the new generation in the country, which is the third floor museum of the municipal council, at the cost of 30 lakh rupees.
The list of names of all the freedom fighters of Jhapurhat Panch Thana and their place in the Memorial Museum of the Liberation War has been placed in the Deotale of the Municipal Museum.
On Tuesday afternoon, Nazrul Islam Khan (NI Khan) was the chief guest of the inauguration ceremony of the municipal premises under the chairmanship of Panchbibi Municipal Administrator Abdul Quader Bepari, Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Memorial Museum (Dhaka) and former Education Secretary, Ministry of Education, inaugurated the museum.
