In the discussion of the Boat Club case, Nasir, the accused in the case of Parimani, has now filed a case against Parimani in the Dhaka court, while the senior judicial officer Rajeev Hasan has taken the statement of businessman Nasir.
He said that he will give an order on July 18.
In the case, Nasir accused Pariman of attempted murder, beating, vandalism and intimidation. Parimani along with his associates Fatema Tuz Jannat Boni and Junated Bogdadi Jimi have been accused.
On the night of June 9, 2021, Rimani and his companions went to the Dhaka Boat Club on the banks of Turag on the banks of the Turag. When Parimoni complained that there was an attempted rape on the day, it would have created a stir in the country.
After Parimoni filed a case, businessman Nasir was arrested. The case was also started in the Dhaka Women and Child Abuse Prevention Tribunal in May.
In that case, Nasir, who was free on bail, went to the court in the counter-case application within two months.
Nasir has complained in the case that Parimoni Savar Thana has filed a case of attempted rape and murder to cover up the incident.
