The team of national organization Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL) will provide better services to customers across the country and provide round-the-clock services to customers in the Internet.
On Sunday (February 18), the list of members of the area-wise Rapid Response Team was published on the BTCL's Otb site.
The state company has launched this Rapid Response Team and 24/7 service to provide round-the-clock service to customers, and the company has a faster network of customer service through the better Network Operations Center (NOC) The ‘Rapid Response Team' has also been reported to be being organized divided into seven regions, where 21 officials have been given the power of the team.
The area based Rapid Response Team is at No. 1 of the Dhaka Metropolitan, which has been placed in the northern part of Dhaka Metropolitan and the adjacent areas - Gazipur, Narsingdi, Kishoreganj, Jamalpur, Sherpur, Tangail, Mymensingh and Netrakona areas.
Number two is the southern part of Dhaka Metropolitan, New Market, Neelkhet, University area, Secretariat, Ramna, Old Dhaka and adjacent areas - Jinjira, Keraniganj, Kalatia, Dohar, Nawabganj, Kamrangir Char areas are located.
He has been placed in the eastern part of Dhaka Metropolitan, which has the coverage of Moghbazar, Khilgaon, Banshri, Rampura, Gandaria and other areas - Narayanganj, Munshiganj, Sylhet, Sunamganj, Moulvibazar, Habiganj.
The western part of Dhaka Metropolitan is located at number four. Its covering is the area of Sher Bangla Nagar, Mohammadpur, Dhanmondi, Mirpur and adjacent areas, Savar, Manikganj areas.
The districts of Chittagong division are number five, the districts of Khulna and Barisal division are placed at number six and the districts of Rajshahi and Rangpur division are at number seven.
In this regard, Rapid Response Team BTCL Ramna Division DGM (Switch) AM Abdullah Patwari said that 21 officials have been assigned the responsibility of improving and enriching customer service and enriching the customer service, and the team will work sincerely to resolve any complaints of customers in the fastest time.
