A cash check distribution ceremony was held among the families affected by the river erosion by the Prime Minister's Office at No. 4 Gazirtek Union Parishad on Wednesday at the Directorate of Disaster Management of Charbhadrasan Upazila of Faridpur District.
Upazila Chairman Md Kawshar Hossain was present as the chief guest in this check distribution ceremony. Upazila Vice Chairman Md. Motaleb Molla and Farida Begum were present as special guests.
Anwar Ali Molla, Member of Parliament of Faridpur 4 Constituency of Charbhadrasan Upazila, Member of Parliament Mojibur Rahman Nixon Chowdhury, spoke as the main speaker in the opening ceremony under the chairmanship of Upazila Nirbahi Officer Tanjila Kabir Trapa.
Among others, Upazila Fisheries Officer SM Mahmudul Hasan, Livestock Officer Rabiul Islam, Education were present among others. Officer (Acting) Md. Jamal Uddin Ahmed, Project Implementation Officer Mahmudul Haque Titu Gazitech UP Chairman Yakub Ali, UP Member Gana, etc.
It is known that a total of 276 people affected by the river erosion of Gazirtek Union of the upazila through a check of 15 thousand taka through a check of 15 thousand taka Lakhs of cash will be distributed.
