Two daughters named Sohana (5), Fatema (4) died after drowning in the pond on Saturday morning in Char Aicha village under Charfashan upazila of Bhola.
The deceased Sohana was Md. Fazlur Meta of Charmanika Uniton of Dakshin Aicha Police Station, Md. Matin's Meatin No. 1 of Bhavjana Unit of Fatema Tangangail. They are aunts and sisters, and Fatima came to her various places.
The locals said that two children were playing near the house in the morning. After a while, the relatives searched for them and rescued them in the pond next to the house.
