Dramat scene in Kenya presidential election in the midst of deputy president William Ruto has been announced.

Ruto defeated his rival Ryla Odinga by a small vote, with Wilitham Ruto 50.5 percent of the vote according to official results.

The result announcement was delayed amid allegations of protests by Raila Odinga campaign party people and vote rigging.

Juliana Cherera, vice-chairman of the Independent Electoral and Boundary Commission, said, ‘We cannot take the results of the results announced at this final stage of the election. …We are going to make a detailed statement... And again I urge the Kennis to remain calm.’
Odinga's party had earlier accused the election of ‘irregularities’ and ‘mismanagement’.

‘He wants to focus on the future of the country,’ Ruto said, "I want to tell them that there is a lot of things against us, there is nothing to fear. There will be no revenge. There is no room for the luxury of looking back," said Wiliutam Ruto.
