BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and the party's standing committee member Mirza Abbas have not been filed for the release of bail bond (jaminnama) because the copy of the order of the Appellate Division has not been published yet. Not all the judges have signed it. But it is not known when the two leaders will be released.
On Monday (Janu 9), General Secretary of the Nationalist Lawyers Forum Supreme Court Bar Unit Gazi Kamrul Islam Sajal said that we do not know when the copy of the order of the Appellate Division will be signed. We will have to wait until the two top leaders of the party will go to jail, then be released from prison.
