Sirajganj Representative:
In order to preserve the memory of the liberation war, the genocide investigation committee of Sirajganj has planted a black chuchya tree in the name of two martyrs next to Chachapagla railway bridge in Kamarkhand upazila on Friday.
The martyrs are Martyr Wise Ghulam Mustafa Sarkar and Shahid Ghulam Mawla Sarkar.
The two brothers of Kamarkhand's Katalganti village were killed in 1971 by Pak Army and his friends.
Bir Muktijoddha District Aomi League Leader Ad, Bimal Kumar Das, Sirajganj Genocide Investigation Committee Convener Saiful Islam, brave freedom fighter Prabhat Das, liberation war researcher Shahina Hafiz Daisy, freedom fighter and martyr family members were present at the tree planting ceremony.
