In Bangladesh Jamaat, iftar mahfil was held in honor of journalists working in various national dailies of Kamalnagar upazila branch of Islami Lakshmipur district.
On April 3 (Wednesday), Hazir Hazir Hazir Hat Nawab Chinese Restaurant in this Jamaat, Islami Kamalnagar Upazila Amir Dr Noor Uddin Mahmud presided over the meeting as the chief guest.
Essmat also spoke, former Kamalnagar Amir and former Vice Chetnerman of Upazila Parishad Maulana Humaun Kabir, Daily Laxmipur Daily Editor Habibur Rahman Sabuj, Palli News Editor and Sinita Journalist Mizanur Rahman Mizan, Md. Fatz Mahmud, Saifullah Helal, Kazi Yunus, Md. Nizam Uddin.
In the speech of the chief guest, AR Hafiz Ullah said, "We have been doing democratic politics for the welfare of people. InshaAllah, Maulana Humatun Kabir and Vice Chairman Maulana Dr. Noor Uddin Mahmud will be elected as Chairman in the upcoming Kamalnagar Upazila Parishad elections."
