Helal Uddin, the owner of brick kiln, was fined Tk 50,000 by the mobile court on November 7.
According to the Upazila Nirbahi Office, the soil was fined Tk 50,000 under the Balu Mahal and Soil Management Act from the banks of Meghna River in Nabiganj area of the upazila. Helal Uddin is the son of Abdur Razzak of Nabiganj area.
